Description:  The Weekly Law Reports include cases heard in the, House of Lords, Privy Council, Court of Appeal (Civil and Criminal Divisions), Queen’s Bench Division, Chancery Division, Family Division, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, and also in the European Court of Justice. The Weekly Law Reports are available in PDF format from 1953. Available on Westlaw UK.

Access Information: To access the Weekly Law Reports off campus you will need to login to Westlaw UK with your college username and password. Then select Cases > Law Reports and Transcripts > Weekly Law Reports

Westlaw International

Description: Westlaw International provides access to law information from the following jurisdictions: Australia, Canada, US, Hong Kong and Korea. This includes case reports, encyclopaedia and journal articles.

Westlaw UK

Description: Westlaw provides full-text access to case law, legislation, journal archives, and commentary, and with a huge database of international materials. It is taken by the majority of law schools in the UK and is one of the key databases used in practice. Our subscription will cover The Law Reports, Weekly Law Reports, and Criminal Appeal Reports.

Westlaw UK – My Westlaw UK

Description: My Westlaw UK enables you to set up an individual profile and get access to features which allow you to create folders (to save and organise your cases and journal articles etc.), set up alerts, and save your search history.

Access Information: Click on the My Westlaw UK link which will take you to the main Westlaw site. Click on the yellow box saying ‘Log in to your service’, and choose ORGANISATION NAME. Enter Bradford College in the box, and enter your college username and password. You will then see a My Westlaw UK Profile box. To set up your profile, click on Create Profile and follow the instructions.

Wiley Online Library

Description: Full text is available only for those journals the library subscribes to in print.

Access Information: To access Wiley Online Library off campus please click on the link on Institutional Login from the top right hand side of the Wiley Online Library web page. Select United Kingdom from the drop down for Country and click on Submit. Type in Bradford College and enter your college username and password when prompted.
