How to get in touch

If you need to contact I.T. Services, please use the following options available to you.

I.T. support for students

There is a dedicated Student Support Desk located on Floor 2 in The David Hockney Building to help students experiencing an I.T. related issue during certain hours (see below) and in term-time only.

  • Currently not operating.

Please ensure you have your College I.D. card to hand when approaching the desk.

If you’re unable to visit the desk in The David Hockney Building, please ask your tutor or a member of staff to contact us via the methods below.

I.T help for Bradford College staff

We encourage college staff to request support using our online service request system. This allows us to monitor performance and maintain consistent communication with our users.

You can report an issue online using MyIT either on or off campus, at any time.

If you have an urgent request and you’re not teaching in a classroom, you can telephone the Staff I.T. Service Desk on 01274 08 8583. We kindly ask that staff avoid sending new requests via e-mail.
